When I submit a project I create a blockchain?

Yes. Your idea is considered your IP, and when you submit to the Film.io platform, a timestamp record of that connection is immediately created on the blockchain.

Any updates to your project will create new blocks that validate those revisions.

Projects are DAO Proposals

The process of submitting your project to the Film.io platform is that of creating a proposal for the community to validate via staking (voting). This is not a transfer of your intellectual property rights, just an elegant, algorithmic process by which the members of the Film.io DAO rank the viability of your project.
