Sometimes, despite our best efforts, blockchain transactions may fail for various reasons. If you encounter a failed transaction in your Film.io wallet, don't worry – we're here to guide you through the process of resolving it. This knowledgebase article will walk you through the steps to identify and retry a failed transaction, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
Log in to your Film.io account.
Navigate to the wallet section.
In your wallet, look for the ledger entry that has a "failed" status.
Failed transactions are usually highlighted or labeled with a "failed" indicator.
Once you've identified the failed transaction, locate the "retry" button next to that ledger entry.
Click the "retry" button to re-initiate the blockchain transaction.
Before clicking the "Retry" button, make sure you have enough $FAN tokens available in your wallet to cover the transaction. The retry process will require the same amount of $FAN tokens as the original transaction.
After clicking "retry," the transaction will be queued for processing.
Please be patient as the transaction processes. Blockchain transactions may take some time to confirm.
After retrying, check your transaction history to confirm whether the retry was successful.
If successful, the transaction will move from the failed state to the completed state.
