Your Profile

Once you're on your public profile view, you can click the "Edit Profile" button to access the edit functions.

Within your profile, you can update the following information and an explanation of how it is used on the platform.

Field	Purpose	Public or Private
Header Image	This is the large image seen on your profile. It can be whatever you like. We recommend 1400x583 pixels for best results.	Public
Avatar Image	This is a picture of yourself or something you'd like to represent your account on the platform.	Public
Display Name	This name will be shown next to your avatar and for reviews or comments on the platform.	Public
First & Last Name	This information is not publicly displayed. We ask for this only to confirm your account, and it will be used for any financial transactions where the law requires KYC oversight.	Private
Email	This is how the platform will communicate with you, and it is a unique identifier for your account.	Private
Username	This field is assigned when you first join, but if you'd like to personalize it, you can do so.	Private
Country	Adding this information helps the Film.io DAO team better understand the localization needs of members.	Public
Gender	Adding your gender helps Film.io members better address you by your preferred pronouns.	Public
About	This area allows you to tell your story and engage with other members.	Public
Birthday	Film.io is for users 13 years or older and 18 years or older to participate in any contest or airdrops.	Private
Website	A link to your personal website or project site	Public
Socials	You can add multiple social accounts so other platform members can interact and follow you or your project elsewhere.	Public
