Additionally, it encompasses lists like the Entity, Denied Persons, Military End User, and Unverified Lists maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the UN Security Council Consolidated List.
3. Controlled Entities: We are also restricted from providing services to any party that is owned or controlled by a restricted or prohibited entity or individual. This measure is in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Financial Crimes and Illicit Activities: Our platform is not intended for use in the commission of financial crimes or for any illicit purpose. Engaging in such activities is strictly prohibited, and any attempts to do so will result in account suspension or other appropriate actions.
