Overview

The TRS Diamond Circle HODL Program offers a unique opportunity for our community members who participated in the BCW Pre-sale. By opting to hold (HODL) their $FAN tokens on the Film.io platform for a selected period, participants will receive bonus $FAN tokens. This article outlines the terms and conditions of the program, including how the tokens will be managed and the unlock schedule.

Eligibility

The TRS Diamond Circle HODL Program is currently available only to community members who participated in our BCW Pre-sale.

Full Usability of $FAN Tokens

All $FAN tokens that you opt to HODL will remain fully usable on the Film.io platform during the selected HODL period. After the selected HODL period, you will be able to remove these $FAN tokens from your platform wallet. The removal will occur over the number of months of remaining token unlocks your tokens were subject to as of the specified date.

Bonus $FAN Tokens Unlock Schedule

All bonus $FAN tokens received through this program will automatically unlock over their own 12-month Token Release Schedule (TRS). For example, if you opt to lock 1 million $FAN tokens for 12 months with a 2x multiplier bonus, you will receive an additional 1 million bonus $FAN tokens. These bonus tokens will begin unlocking at the 12-month mark and will fully unlock over the subsequent 12 months.

Permanency of Actions

Please note that all actions related to this program are permanent and cannot be undone. Once you have opted into the HODL period and received your bonus $FAN tokens, these decisions are final.

Locking of Initial Tokens

All $FAN tokens present in a user's wallet at the time of signing up for the TRS Diamond Circle HODL Program will be included based on a snapshot taken at the time of sign up. These tokens will be locked to the platform for the duration of the selected HODL period and cannot be withdrawn or transferred until the end of the HODL period. Additionally, all exports from the wallet will be suspended during the lock-up period, including tokens that are unlocked via RRS or other purchased tokens transferred into the platform. This ensures the integrity of the program and the commitment to the HODL agreement, with the locked tokens being eligible for HODL program benefits according to the selected period or term.

Example Scenario

• Initial $FAN Tokens Locked: 1,000,000 $FAN

• Selected HODL Period: 12 months

• Multiplier Bonus Option: 2x

• Bonus $FAN Tokens Received: 1,000,000 $FAN

• Unlock Schedule for Initial $FAN Tokens: You will be able to remove the initial 1,000,000 $FAN tokens from your platform wallet over the number of months remaining in the original token unlock schedule as of the specified date.

• Unlock Schedule for Bonus $FAN Tokens: The 1,000,000 bonus $FAN tokens will unlock over a 12-month period starting at the end of the 12-month HODL period.
