How to Whitelist and Transfer Tokens to Your Non-Custodial Wallet

Introduction

For users looking to move tokens from their platform wallet to a Non-Custodial Wallet, our platform offers a straightforward and secure process. This guide will walk you through each step of whitelisting your wallet and transferring your tokens. As an added benefit, the gas fees for the transfer are covered by us to ensure a smooth transaction.

Requirements

  • An account on our platform with tokens in your platform wallet.

  • A verified email address associated with your account.

  • A Non-Custodial Wallet (MetaMask or Wallet Connect).

Steps to Whitelist and Transfer Tokens

Step 1: Navigate to Your Wallet Page

  • Log in to your account with your email and access the wallet page where your tokens are stored.

Step 2: Click “Whitelist Wallet”

  • Find and click the “Whitelist Wallet” button to initiate the process of adding your Non-Custodial Wallet to the whitelist.

Step 3: Select the Wallet Provider

  • A modal will appear prompting you to select your wallet provider. Choose between MetaMask or Wallet Connect based on which Non-Custodial Wallet you use.

Step 4: Sign the Transaction

  • With your wallet provider selected, you will be asked to sign the transaction using the desired wallet address. This step verifies your ownership of the Non-Custodial Wallet you wish to whitelist.

Step 5: Initiate the Transfer

  • After whitelisting, click the “Transfer” button. Enter the amount of tokens you wish to transfer from your platform wallet to your Non-Custodial Wallet.

Step 6: Verify the Transaction

  • Click the “Transfer” button within the modal again. You will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your verified email address. Enter this code to confirm the transaction.

Step 7: Transaction Processing

  • Upon verification, the transaction will begin processing. We cover the gas fees for sending the tokens as our commitment to a seamless user experience.

The transaction should take about a minute to process. We recommend not refreshing the page during this time to avoid any disruptions.
