How to Add the $FAN Token to Your Trust Wallet

For Trust Wallet users

If you've transferred $FAN Tokens to your Trust Wallet and they're not visible, you may need to add the token manually. This quick guide will walk you through the process on the Polygon network.

Steps to Manually Add the $FAN Token to Trust Wallet

  1. Open Trust Wallet: Launch the Trust Wallet app on your device.

  2. Tap on the Toggle Sign: At the top right corner of the main wallet screen, tap on the toggle sign (the two circles with a plus icon).

  3. Search for the Token: In the search bar, type “$FAN” to see if the token is listed in the Trust Wallet database. If it appears, simply tap to activate it, and you’re all set!

  4. Add Manually: If the $FAN Token does not appear in the search results, you'll need to add it manually. Tap on the “+” icon at the top right to add a custom token.

    • On the next screen, you'll need to select the network. Since $FAN Token is on the Polygon network, choose “Polygon” from the network selection dropdown.

    • In the “Contract Address” field, enter the $FAN Token contract address: 0x3B9E9100Db1389c518d47c635D80a90ad4C4f41b.

    • The fields for “Name,” “Symbol,” and “Decimals” should autofill once the contract address is entered. If not, enter the following details:

      • Name: $FAN Token

      • Symbol: FAN

      • Decimals: 18

  5. Complete the Addition: After entering all the necessary information, tap “Done” or “Save” at the top right corner. The $FAN Token should now appear in your wallet.

Verifying the Token

After adding, return to your wallet's main page. If the process was successful, you should see your $FAN Token balance. If you recently transferred $FAN Tokens and they don't show up, ensure the transaction has completed on the blockchain.

Troubleshooting

  • Token Not Showing: If the $FAN Token still doesn't appear after adding it, try restarting the Trust Wallet app or refreshing your wallet.

  • Check Network and Address: Ensure you've selected the correct network (Polygon) and entered the correct contract address.
